Benefits AdviceThe Benefits advice service is run predominantly by two WDP volunteers, Chris Molyneux and Colin Whitfield who between them work around four full days per week. The team meet with clients, who require support to complete benefit application forms. Each meeting consists of an initial one hour session although clients are encouraged to have follow-up meetings so they can reflect on what has been written or to mention any additional information that could be included.The team completes regular online research to keep their knowledge of the legislation involved up to date and have many contacts with agencies so that they can be notified of any changes to policies If you need help and advice with benefit application forms please contact us today, or visit our market stall to meet the team and look through a vast array of information and helpful leaflets.
