A number of voluntary agencies, who work with disabled people, have formed a partnership to develop a facility in the North Cheshire area which it is hoped will eventually provide the following services:

20 Respite care places, 20 residential places with nursing facilities, rehabilitation and "half-way" (independent living) support, day centre and social integration facilities, (education, employment, sport), therapeutic services such as hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and other complimentary therapies.

The facility will be open to all disabled people.
