My name is Rachel I'm 20 years old and I have a health condition, I have found it difficult to find an understanding employer who can see my ability, not my disability. I am really enjoying my retail job with Debenhams in Warrington, it is my dream job, this is what I have always wanted, I love the varied role and responsibility of my own working area. Debenhams have been and continue to be very supportive and the staff in my department are great.
