Gullivers World welcomes WDP to help Lone Parents

The Employment Team from local charity Warrington Disability Partnership (WDP) was invited by Gullivers World on Thursday 24th August to help inform Warrington's lone parents of the assistance they could obtain from WDP to help them get back into work.

Along with the WDP mascot OLLIE, the team were also delighted that two Lone Parent Advisors from Jobcentre Plus gave up their valuable time to join them for the day.

WDP can help any Warrington Lone Parent to get back into work. This can include voluntary work, work experience, specialist training or jobsearch assistance combined with benefits advice, information on childcare and other assistance on offer through the Employment Team based at the Centre for Independent Living in Beaufort Street.

WDP also wish to extend their appreciation that they were given this opportunity to all the Management and Staff at Gulliver's World who worked hard to make sure the day was a great success.
