Records broken at Warrington Disability Partnership this quarter!

During the months of April – June 2009 a record number of calls were received by the Warrington Disability Partnership switchboard team – a total of 10,517 calls.

Warrington Disability Partnership support people with all aspects of disability related matters including Independent Living Equipment, Employment, Direct Payments, Information Technology, Equipment Loans plus much more. All calls taken were passed to Advisors, Support Workers or Volunteers within our team who ensured that information, advice, guidance and support were given to the caller as quickly as possible.
The increase in calls shows a trend that more people than ever who are in need of support are turning to local specialist Organisations like Warrington Disability Partnership.
