Help is at hand

Benefit Advisors are available to help complete forms, explain to customers what help is available; arrange home visits and customer telephone call backs for anyone who prefers to discuss matters privately.

On hand is a range of new advice fact sheets which includes Housing and Council Tax Benefit, loft and cavity wall insulation grants, free school meals, child care costs, help with NHS prescriptions and waters meter charges for families and much more.
If you want to speak to a benefit advisor or book a home visit please ring the Benefit Department on 0300 123 7021. If you would like information about energy efficiency savings call the Energy Saving Trust 0800 512 012.
