Phone HelplineThe disability helpline service, based within the Main Office is run predominantly by WDP volunteers who offer a wide range of advice and support including information regarding local clubs/organisations, concessions, access information and accessible transport services, amongst others. All WDP services spend a large amount of time offering information and advice on a wide range of topics and services. Information and advice is provided to disabled people, their families and carers in a variety of ways via phone, email or by visits to our Centre for Independent Living, Disability Information Point, Shopmobility service and Websites. |
