We have developed a wide range of services aimed at helping you maintain and/or improve your mobility and independence. You can meet the hard working teams that deliver these services here. The services include:

Shopmobility

This service supports people who have limited mobility, both temporary and permanent, enabling them to experience greater freedom and independence within the Warrington town centre. Our main service is located with the Golden Square Shopping Centre car park. We also offer a satellite service from our Disability Information Point in Warrington Market. Wheelchair and Mobility Scooter Hire

If you require a wheelchair or mobility scooter for a day or for several weeks, then hiring one might be your best option. We have a fleet of over 300 wheelchairs available for hire. Disability Trading Company

Warrington Disability Partnership owns and operates the Disabiity Trading Company as an arms length Social Enterprise,all profits are tranferred to the charity to support unfunded services.

Through consultation with local disabled people, carers, families, health and social care providers and national importers we have identified a range of high quality products that we can offer at competitive prices, backed up by an extensive range of support services.

In the Centre for Independent Living in Warrington our range of products are promoted alongside those of our local retailer partners. We also have a fact sheet with contact details of other local suppliers including Miller Care, Newlyn Healthcare, LLG Wheelchairs, and Aides to Living.

The majority of our mobility and independent living services are operated through our social enterprise The Disability Trading Company (DTC). All profits from DTC are donated to Warrington Disability Partnership to help us maintain our unfunded services such as our caravans, narrowboat and Disability Information Point in Warrington Market.
