Annual General Meeting

Notice of Annual General Meeting Monday 27th February 2023

Dear WDP Supporter

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Warrington Disability Partnership. This will be held on Monday 27th February, in the Inspiration Suite at the Village Hotel, Warrington. Refreshments will be served from 6:00pm, with the meeting starting at 6:30pm. For catering purposes, please confirm your attendance to c.thompson@disabilitypartnership.org.uk or by phone 01925 240064.

The content of the AGM will be as follows:
- Minutes of 2021/22 AGM
- Annual Report for 2022
- 2021/22 Accounts
- Election of Directors/Trustees
- Appointment of Auditors

The AGM will be followed by the presentation of the annual Appreciation of Efforts Awards, rewarded for excellence in support, services and/or employment for disabled people and/or carers. Nominations are currently being taken via the WDP website:

Please Note — If you would like to become an official member of Warrington Disability
Partnership entitling you to a vote at the AGM (not available to WDP Employees), please complete the application form and return it to Caroline Thompson, by Monday 13th February by email to: c.thompson@disabilitypartnership.org.uk.
