Meeting rooms

We have 3 meeting rooms based in our Centre for Independent Living. We are away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is free parking on site and on the side streets. We are on several local bus routes from the Town Centre and a short distance from Warrington Central and Warrington Bank Quay Train Stations. On site catering available in our Galleries Cafe.

Meeting Room 1 (CIL)

Meeting Room 1 can be set up in Board Room style (20 Seats) or Theatre Style (35 Seats). This meeting room has the following equipment:

• Projector
• Laptop (Available on request)
• Flipchart/Easel
• Whiteboard

Prices: Full Day: £55.00, Half Day: £30.00, Hourly Rate: £12.00

Meeting Room 2 (CIL) – Small Meeting Room

Meeting Room 2 is suitable for a maximum of four to six people.

Prices: Full Day: £40.00, Half Day: £25.00, Hourly Rate: £10.00

Meeting Room 3 (MGLC)

Meeting Room 3 can be set up in Board Room Style (10 Seats), Theatre Style (16 Seats).

This meeting room has the following equipment:

• Projector
• Laptop (Available on request)
• Flipchart/Easel
• Whiteboard

Prices: Full Day: £50.00, Half Day: £28.00, Hourly Rate: £12.00
