About Deborah Gorvett:
Debbie assists people with disabilities to live more independently by giving them, or someone on their behalf, the tools to help them employ their own personal assistant. She supports the clients and assistants throughout their journey by completing admin and attending home visits or giving telephone support. When not in her role as advisor, she volunteers at WDP's community engagements such as DAD, Santa's Grotto and community events. This prolific crafter, specialises in knitting and crochet and regularly donates the items she creates, such as Covid Bears, Land Girls and poppies for Remembrance Day.
