About Rachel Morley:
Rachel has a busy role supporting three different teams at WDP. Her admin work includes managing Dave's calendar, providing administrative support for fundraising general admin support for Senior Management Team and providing social media support by accessing our Facebook accounts, twitter accounts and website. Rachel is also a member of the Comms sub-group feeding in to the board of trustees. Her main role is in the finance team providing banking and invoicing support, whilst also matching card payments transaction dates to the cleared date in the bank . She also orders all resources required for the organisation which includes shopping over the weekend for products that are less expensive in mainstream shops rather than ordering from suppliers. Rachel also runs payroll with the senior payroll officer for over 300 employers totalling over 500 employees. This also involves completing HMRC submissions. She works within the Direct Payments team. She completes the support plan process with the employer and looks at alternative ways that peoples support needs can be better met rather than 1-1 personal assistants. Rachel also enjoys volunteering on most fundraising / promotional events.
