About Jan Pritchard PGCE MA FCIPD:
Jan was employed at Warrington Collegiate for 21 years where she specialised in managing and teaching the (CIPD - Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) programmes. She was also Equality and Diversity Co-ordinator across the college which involved attending - Disability Forum meetings, BME groups, Mental Health groups, North West Equality and Diversity networks, managing Diversity week for students and staff, Chairing E&D committee and advising staff, learners and Senior Management on E&D issues. Jan volunteers at the Margory Griffiths Learning Centre and supports fund raising events eg Quizs, Tombolas, Walk in the Park and is steward each year for DAD. WDP Subgroups: Human Resources, Governance, Safety and Risk
