About Lorraine Scott:
Lorraine's role as Care and Support Advisor involves delivering the Arrangement of Care and Support services within Warrington, ensuring that people with care and support needs have access to independent advice and support services to promote independent living. She works to implement and promote Personal Health Budgets, provides general information advice, guidance and/or assistance in delivering a person-centred support plan and provides ongoing advice and support in relation to employing Personal Assistants. Her skills from working within communities and health and social care will help to fulfil her role and promote wider WDP services. Lorraine also looks forward to helping at fundraising and promotional events.
