About Caroline Thompson:
Caroline is responsible for overseeing a number of different services and departments. These include Finance and Payroll, Fundraising and Community Engagement and Disability Awareness Day. She is also responsible for all the organisational administration (including reporting to the Charities Commission, policies and procedures). Human Resources is also a large part of her job. She is based within the Finance Department, although can regularly be found assisting with other services, where required. She recently completed a CERT HE in Charity & Social Enterprise Management and she also has a diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Honours Degree in German & Linguistics.
