After a scorching success DAD principal sponsors pledge again for 2023

Expanse Learning and United Utilities have pledge to extend their support as principal sponsors for DAD 2023 that will be held on Sunday 16th July at Walton Hall and Gardens

In temperatures never experienced in the 32 year history of Disability Awareness Day, the event was hailed a scorching success by everyone involved. Dave Thompson MBE DL, Event Co-ordinator expressed thanks to members of DAD's Army of volunteers. They all worked tirelessly not just on the day of the event, but also seven days prior preparing the event site and two days afterwards clearing the site. Dave was very pleased to announce that Expanse Learning and United Utilities have pledge to extend their support as principal sponsors for DAD 2023. The significance of this early support is that our DAD Management Team can get on with planning next years event much earlier than normal. Being able to secure the best suppliers takes a lot of pressure off the team, and our Board of Trustees who are asked to back the event often before our main sponsors are confirmed.
