Appreciation of Efforts Awards 2023

Monday 27th February was our 2023 AGM and over 100 people gathered at the Village Hotel in Warrington to celebrate.

The High Sherrif of Cheshire, Jeannie France-Hayhurst, was the special guest and assisted with the presentation of staff team and Appreciation of Efforts awards. This years AOE award winners were:

- Warrington Visual Impaired People Centre who are celebrating their centenary anniversary

- Families United who are celebrating their 20th anniversary

- Wyn Higham for over 30 years dedication to promoting carer's rights

- Susan Greatbanks from Show the Light

- Dave and Maria Portwood for dedication to supporting disabled people

- Chris Salisbury

- Sue Emery and the team at Fernhead Community Centre
