About Jane Pendlebury:
Since Jane started in the Employment Team she has gained Levels 4 and 6 in Advice and Guidance. The main focus of her role is to help our customers on the various contracts we have, to move towards or into work by advising on training, volunteering and supporting with aspects of job search including CV writing, completing applications and preparing for interview. Although Jane has worked with many customers during her career at WDP, she says that every day is different as no two people need the same so the support provided is personalised to each individual. Outside of office hours she takes part in fund raising activities and is also a steward at DAD each year.
